This Privacy Policy explains how Hannes de Bruyn, trading as The Brain Art (“The Brain Art”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and protects personal information through thebrainart.co.za. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”) and other applicable South African law.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, billing address, account details, order details, download activity, correspondence, newsletter preferences, IP address, browser and device information, cookies, security logs and information needed to prevent fraud. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
